Dr. Kristen Johnson is a board certified pediatrician who grew up not far from Hastings near Phillips, NE and graduated from Aurora High School.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Nebraska Wesleyan University and went on to receive her Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine. Dr. Johnson completed her pediatric residency in 1997 in Omaha at the University of Nebraska Medical Center-Creighton Pediatric Residency. Providing outpatient and inpatient pediatric care for 26 years, Dr. Johnson enjoys working with parents to provide the best possible medical care for their children, newborns to young adults.

Dr. Johnson and her husband Dave have 4 children; oldest daughter Morgan and triplets Evan, Claire and Grant. In addition to spending time with her family, attending and supporting the kids’ activities and interests, Dr. Johnson looks forward to traveling, skiing, baking and photography in her free time.
